Currently, the Ouzounian Group manages approximately 48,000 square feet of regional retail buildings, 16, 000 square feet of office space, 27, 000 square feet of auto-related Service Commercial, and a 128,000 square foot Office Park Complex. A total of 219,000 square feet of property, all located in Visalia, California, are currently being managed.

About Us

Main Street Office Suites was created in 2015 by Founder and President, George Ouzonian. A building that once was a furniture store was converted into an office building accommodating about 29 office spaces. The 29 office spaces now are occupied by many long terms tenants such as Kaplan Accounting, CPA,  Salon 525, Medical Billing, and ABC Channel 30.

A new location has been opened on Caldwell.  It has 8 office spaces, 1 large conference room, and a day office.
